Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all purchases, bookings, programs, trainings, retreats, events, mentorships, healing sessions, digital products, and other services offered by The Awakened Soul.

By purchasing, booking, registering for, or participating in any service offered by The Awakened Soul, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

Payment

Payment is required according to the payment terms provided at the time of purchase.

If you select a payment plan, you authorize The Awakened Soul and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method according to the agreed payment schedule until your balance is paid in full.

Enrollment in a payment plan is a commitment to the full purchase price and is not a month-to-month subscription unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Late, failed, or declined payments may result in suspension of access to services, programs, trainings, events, retreats, digital materials, or other benefits until the account is brought current.

Deposits

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the total purchase price.

A deposit reserves your space and may result in The Awakened Soul declining other participants, making non-refundable reservations, paying vendors, securing accommodations, purchasing materials, or otherwise committing resources on your behalf.

Cancellations and Refunds

Unless a different cancellation policy is stated for a specific service, cancellations made within 90 days of the scheduled service, retreat, training, event, or program start date are non-refundable.

Cancellations more than 90 days before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a partial refund, credit, or transfer at the sole discretion of The Awakened Soul and subject to any non-refundable expenses already incurred.

Medical emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be requested. Approval of any refund, credit, or transfer due to a medical emergency is not guaranteed and remains at the discretion of The Awakened Soul.

Failure to attend, arriving late, leaving early, travel disruptions, personal scheduling conflicts, changes of mind, relationship circumstances, work conflicts, or other personal circumstances do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Retreats and Travel Programs

Retreat payments are used to secure accommodations, transportation, vendors, facilitators, activities, meals, supplies, and other non-refundable expenses.

Because these expenses are often committed well in advance, retreat payments become non-refundable within 90 days of the retreat start date unless otherwise stated in writing.

Participants are responsible for their own airfare, passports, visas, travel insurance, health requirements, transportation not specifically included in the retreat package, and any personal expenses.

The Awakened Soul is not responsible for missed flights, airline cancellations, delays, lost luggage, denied entry into a country, illness, weather events, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances outside of its reasonable control.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

If a participant chooses not to attend after payments have been made, The Awakened Soul may, at its sole discretion, allow the participant to transfer their payment to another eligible person or receive a future credit if a replacement participant is found. This is not guaranteed.

Programs, Mentorships, and Trainings

Enrollment in a mentorship, mastermind, certification, training, or educational program represents a commitment to the full program.

Payments already made are generally non-refundable once the program has started or once digital materials, portals, recordings, templates, manuals, trainings, or other proprietary resources have been provided.

If you discontinue participation, you remain responsible for any outstanding payment-plan balance unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

The Awakened Soul does not guarantee any specific financial, business, personal, spiritual, healing, or professional outcome.

Your results depend on numerous factors, including your participation, effort, circumstances, implementation, and individual experience.

Healing and Wellness Services

Services offered by The Awakened Soul may include Reiki, sound healing, meditation, breathwork, somatic practices, energy work, ceremonial practices, spiritual mentorship, and other complementary wellness modalities.

These services are intended for personal growth, relaxation, education, spiritual exploration, and general well-being.

They are not substitutes for medical care, psychological treatment, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, therapy, or emergency services.

You are responsible for consulting an appropriate licensed healthcare professional regarding any medical, psychological, or psychiatric concerns.

Participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for communicating any relevant physical limitations, medical concerns, pregnancy, injuries, medications, sensitivities, or other conditions that may affect your participation.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, manuals, videos, recordings, templates, meditations, written materials, branding, photographs, worksheets, program frameworks, digital resources, and other content provided by The Awakened Soul are protected intellectual property.

Purchasing a program or service grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal or professional development.

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, share, teach, publish, copy, upload, or commercially exploit proprietary materials without prior written permission.

Photography and Media

Certain retreats, events, trainings, and experiences may include photography or video recording.

Where applicable, participants may be asked to consent separately to the use of their image, likeness, voice, photographs, or video for marketing and promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please communicate this before the event or program.

Conduct

The Awakened Soul reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, intoxicated, or materially interferes with the experience or safety of others.

Removal for misconduct does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.

Changes to Programs or Events

The Awakened Soul may make reasonable changes to schedules, facilitators, accommodations, activities, venues, program content, or event logistics when necessary.

If circumstances outside of our control require significant modifications, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable experience.

Force Majeure

The Awakened Soul is not liable for delays, cancellations, changes, or losses caused by events outside of its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, political events, transportation disruptions, venue closures, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If such circumstances occur, refunds are not guaranteed. Where possible, a credit, rescheduled experience, or alternative arrangement may be offered.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, you agree to contact The Awakened Soul directly and make a reasonable effort to resolve the matter.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel your contractual payment obligations.

The Awakened Soul reserves the right to provide relevant purchase records, agreements, communications, cancellation policies, attendance records, and payment information to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to disputes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Awakened Soul shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in its services, programs, retreats, trainings, events, or digital offerings.

You voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with participation.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to The Awakened Soul and the jurisdiction in which the business is legally established, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Updates to These Terms

The Awakened Soul may update these Terms of Service periodically.

The version in effect at the time of your purchase generally governs that purchase unless otherwise required by law.
